The purpose of this Digital Library Online Portal is created for viewing the books and manuscripts as per the guidelines given below:

1.    The books and manuscripts form can be accessed on request.  The use of library resources, datafiles, (consultation) software and digital media is submitted to standard copyright rules.

2.       Those who are interested to view a particular book are requested to fill up the enquiry form given on the left hand with the details and purpose.

3.       Once, the Authoriser approves the request, the Administrator will check with the Authorizer for permission.

4.       On receipt of permission from Authorizer, an user id and password will be created and allotted to the Library User.

5.       Once the Login ID and Password is created, user will be duly informed by Email regarding the access for viewing the books and manuscripts.

6.       Using the E-Resources only for scholarly, teaching, research and private study purposes are only allowed.

7.       Systematic, bulk or automatic downloading is not permitted.

8.       Systematic downloading or printing of large portions or other e-resources is not permitted.

9.       Using E-Resources for commercial gain is not permitted (i.e. reselling, redistributing or        re-publishing the content).

10.   Transmitting, disseminating or otherwise making online content available to unauthorized users (i.e. sending to mailing lists or electronic bulletin boards) is not permitted.
